Ten of my favorite websites...

  1. CHRISTIANITY TODAY. (http://www.christianitytoday.com) The best periodical for news and insight about the world of evangelical Christianity.
  2. DEALMAC. (http://dealmac.com) Where to find the best prices on Apple computers and related electronic gear. They also have great companion sites such as dealcoupon.
  3. ROGER EBERT. (http://rogerebert.suntimes.com) Reviews of past and current movies by one of the best critics in the business.
  4. JAMES TAYLOR ONLINE. (http://www.james-taylor.com) All the latest news, tour information, and other stuff about my favorite singer-songwriter.
  5. GOOGLE NEWS. (http://news.google.com) A very well laid-out page of news and links to stories from around the world.
  6. THE TEXT THIS WEEK. (http://textweek.com) A multitude of resources for individuals and churches who follow the church liturgical calendar.
  7. WEB GALLERY OF ART. (http://www.wga.hu) A virtual museum and searchable database of European painting and sculpture of the Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque periods (1100-1850), currently containing over 16.200 reproductions.
  8. GOOD CLEAN FUN. (http://www.slonet.org/~tellswor) A family humor archive with lots of great jokes and funny anecdotes.
  9. BIBLE GATEWAY. (http://www.biblegateway.com) Very useful Bible search engine with tools for studying the Scriptures in different versions and languages.
  10. YOUTUBE. (http://youtube.com) Sure, it's popular now, but for good reason. I use it mainly to find rare comedy footage or to catch old '70's concert clips of my favorite bands and singers.
